We're teaming up with Sauna Du Nord and the Juice Pharm to bring you a workout, sauna, and fuel experience.

You can choose to do all three, or pick and choose what you need most.

Sauna Du Nord is going to pop up outside the studio Saturday, December 3rd and 17th for some community sauna sessions from 9a to 12p.

Sessions are an hour long and can hold up to 7 people per session. Sessions are $20. Hop into a session post-workout, or come on down for a session and hang out.

We'll have classes starting at 8a and going through 11:30a each day.

Juice Pharm will have special offers each Saturday.

 

12.3: Free Juice at Movo studio for each guest that joins us for a class, and free wellness shots inside the Juice Pharm.
