In-Person - Compassion fatigue is a preventable and expected consequence of working with anyone who has experienced trauma. In this workship you will learn how to identify factors that can lead to compassion fatigue. We'll look at ways to manage risk factors to avoid compassion fatigue and things you can do to overcome it.
